What you will learn

You'll have access to both audio and video tools to help you understand your body, nervous system, and emotional landscape. You'll learn how to listen to your body, nurture it, offer support, and practice self-compassion. This guide is designed to empower you to choose what works best for you in each moment, allowing you the freedom to engage at your own pace. I take all the tools you may have learned before, added in some more and put it together in a simple, clear and concise format that you can come back to over and over.

With years of experience guiding individuals in therapy on their journeys toward inner peace and self-discovery, I, Krista, have become a committed advocate for the transformative power of Mindful, Somatic practices. My extensive background in holistic wellness as a Psychotherapist and Holistic Nutritionist has allowed me to develop a nuanced understanding of the mind-body connection, which is the cornerstone of the course I lead. My career has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.

My passion for this course stems from a deep-seated belief that awareness and embodiment are vital to a balanced and fulfilling life. Through years of personal practice and teaching, I have witnessed firsthand the profound changes that can occur when individuals engage with their bodies and minds in a conscious, intentional manner. This course is an expression of my dedication to fostering environments that nurture growth, healing, and the awakening of one's full potential. By sharing a range of grounding techniques and mindfulness principles, I empower my students to embark upon their own transformative paths, grounded in self-awareness and attuned to the wisdom of their own bodies.
